Hi friends! One of the comments I get the most whenever I share a home photo on Instagram is “How do you keep your so space so clean and organized?” and while I wish I could say my office always looks like the photo above, it doesn’t! I do *try* to keep my home as clean as possible though. I make an effort to clean often and have organization methods in place which really help.

Today I wanted to share my home organization favorites for every room in the home and also some tips/advice. These 20+ items really help keep our home looking pretty + clean and of course “insta-worthy!” It’s important for me to keep our home clean because I tend to feel scatter brained and stressed when it’s a mess. I also just really love organization and home decor. It makes me happy to have a good cleaning sesh! Anyone else feel the same way?

Home Organization Favorites

Airtight Food Storage Container Set: Get ready to transform your pantry! These food storage containers are just as chic as they are handy. Since they’re airtight, they keep everything super fresh. With these containers you will be able to see what you have and also create a very uniform Pinterest-worthy pantry. Yes, please!

Storage Bins: These bins come in all different sizes and are perfect for storing all kinds of different items. My favorite way to use these are for storing misc. snacks, and food packages in my pantry or kitchen cabinets.

Fridge and Freezer Organizer Bins: Create some structure in your fridge/freezer with this set. I love that there is a designated spot for everything so you can’t mess it up.

PRO TIP: Use a dry erase marker to write the expiration date on the egg organizer bin. It wipes right off! 

Acrylic Canister Set with Airtight Lids and Acrylic Spoons-Set: These canisters are great for grains, seeds and other small items. They’re airtight and come with handy little spoons!

Acrylic Wall Mount Storage Rack: This wall rack is basically a pretty medicine cabinet without the door! It’s perfect for nail polish organization too.

PRO TIP: If you are an essential oil lover (like myself), you can store them here. It’s see-through so you can easily find whatever oil you are looking for!

Bathroom/Makeup Organizer: When did bathroom organizers get so cute?! I LOVE the way they look with my beauty products on display. So pretty and affordable! (larger option here)

Cosmetic Organizer/Dispenser: This is CUTE and makes my organization loving heart oh so happy. There’s a spot for all the necessities and you can even dispense your cotton pads right from the container.

Spinning Lipstick Tower/Cosmetic Organizer: Ya’ll will probably recognize this one from my photos of my bedroom vanity! If there’s any beauty product I have a ridiculously large amount of it’s LIP PRODUCTS. This makes it easy to see what I have and keep it organized.

Drawer Unit: This drawer unit is one of my favorite office additions and one of the items I get asked about the most. The drawers are spacious and perfect for miscellaneous office supplies or beauty products if you’re a blogger. 

Gold Wire Rolling Cart: This cart is so chic and I just love that you can roll it around! This is perfect for the office but also as a bathroom or beauty cart.

Hanging File Folders: Marble file folders, guys!! How pretty are these? 

Stacking Acrylic Hanging File Box: This acrylic hanging file box is cute and not bulky like most filing cabinets. Since it’s clear, you can easily see your files (perfect if you get the pretty folders!)

GLAMclassic Jewelry Box: Finding a good method to organize your jewelry can be tricky. Untangling necklaces is literally the worst. So I think it’s essential to have a spot for them! I love that this organizer has a spot for everything and looks nice on display in your home.

Underwear Organizer Drawer Divider Set: Organizing your underwear drawer is a game changer (ha). This set will make your drawers look like you’ve stepped into a Victoria’s Secret store!

Handbag Organizer: I love a good oversized tote but it doesn’t take long for it to become one big mess! Can you relate?! Well, I just got this exact organizer for my Louis Vuitton GM (I got the extra large size). It’s so amazing and really helps my bag from becoming a big black hole of receipts and snacks etc.

Stackable glasses organizer: If you’re like me (a sunglasses hoarder), this organizer is perfect for you! This organizer holds 6 pairs of glasses and you can even stack these if you have more.

Drawer Organizer Tray: These trays are great in the closet (brooches/small accessories), office (paper clips/rubber bands), bathroom (hair ties/bobby pins/clips).

Clear Lookers Boxes: These boxes are an organization staple because they’re great for everything. A few ideas: Greeting Cards, DVD’s, Photos, Momentos, Receipts etc.

Storage Bins: I used these bins to organize our medicine closet. They come in all different sizes/colors.

Pom Canvas Bins Set: These bins are too cute! They’re a great addition to a baby nursery. So perfect for storing baby books, toys, etc. If you’re a dog mom/dad these would be cute for storing dog toys as well!

Large Storage Basket: I love a good basket for storing throws and decorative pillows.

Organization FAQ:

On one of my latest posts, I asked you all if you had any specific organization questions. I’m answering a few of your questions below..

What do you do with all your “to be filed” items, to-do’s, bills, etc? I pay all of my bills electronically (I can’t stand all the papers!) and I keep important receipts in a storage box. 

My husband and I have a small filing cabinet for important documents (taxes, car, house documents etc.) everything else I have electronic records for.

Where do you buy most of your organization items? Target, Amazon and The Container Store.

Where are your marble shelves from in your office? CB2. You can find them HERE. I love them!

What do you do with items you don’t have a place for but feel like you need to keep? I’m not too sentimental when it comes to most items (I recommend reading THIS BOOK – it helps put organization into perspective.)

But I think having different organization systems in place is important. If it’s an important piece of paper I feel like I need to keep- I’ll file it in my file organizer. If it’s a momento from my wedding, I’ll store it in this designated box with my other wedding momentos. If it’s a greeting card from a family member, I’ll store it in a box with other greeting cards I’ve saved, etc.

Where is your white drawer unit from? What do you store inside? Ikea! You can buy it online HERE. I store extra beauty products that I receive in PR packages in all of the drawers.
