Today is the day! I’ve been so excited to share this post with you all! It’s definitely one of my favorite entertaining shoots to date. When I think of Easter celebrations, I think pastels, gorgeous flowers and brunch (yes, always brunch!) For a fun take on Easter brunch, I added some “proper” elements to this years brunch set up. Scroll through for all the pretty little details!
If you’re wanting to host your own Proper Easter Brunch – I’d recommend ordering a variety of the traditional tea sandwiches from a local restaurant. I was able to find a restaurant in my area that offers the full traditional tea set up!
Don’t forget the sweets – add scones (mine are cranberry orange from Trader Joes!) and a variety of colorful macarons to the top tiers of the stand. Also have butter and jam available in small bowls as well!
What’s brunch without a mimosa bar?! My favorite part about the bar cart set up are the floral ice cubes. They’re such a simple way to add elegance and color to your cart! I simply used an XL ice cube tray and placed real flowers and water inside each mold. Let harden in the freezer and place them inside a clear ice bucket!
I couldn’t pass up these pastel napkins and adorable bunny ears napkin rings! And this blush pink and gold polka dot table runner was another pretty addition to the table!
Lastly, get all dressed up! It’s so fun getting dressed up for Easter and finding the perfect dress is all part of the fun. This pink ruffled dress is THE perfect brunch dress – don’t you think? I love that you can unbutton the sleeves & wear it off the shoulder if you prefer!
