This month’s Birchbox was “Beauty School” themed and geared to help you refill your beauty supply kit and prepare you for Fall. It was a fun take on back to school supplies since school is just right around the corner (but not for me!) They also included great beauty tips in the booklet above. I loved all of the hot pink in this box, definitely an instant pick me up!
Here’s what was in my box:
1. Juicy Couture | Viva la Juicy La Fleur
I’m not usually a fan of getting perfume samples in my box because I have so many and it just creates clutter but I am happy I got to smell this perfume. It’s a blend of wild berries, mandarin and waterlily. It smells really good!
2. GLOSS Moderne | High-Gloss Masque
Treatment that restores bounce + shine to your hair. I love this, it smells great and made my hair feel really soft! You leave it on for 5 minutes and rinse.
3. Beauty Fixation | Lipstick Touch-up
Pre-filled swabs to fix wandering lipstick lines. I don’t wear lipstick too much, more a lipgloss girl so I’m not sure I’ll be using them, but they seem useful for those that do!
4. Sumita | Brow Base
Wax concealer pencil helps keep unruly brows in place. I had heard about brow wax lately (on beauty vlogs) + wondered if it was any good, so I was happy to try it out when I got it. I liked it, it works well and is quick and easy to use.
5. Birchbox Find | Schick Hydro Razor
It has a water-activated moisturizing serum that moisturizes for up to two hours after shaving. I loved it + it’s always nice to have a back up razor!
