Okay.. so its not made from scratch or anything..but I believe that if there is a good enough mix in a box well then why would you want to try to make your own? It’s so good that If I tried to make it from scratch I just know it couldn’t possibly be as good. You can pair it with a glass of milk or if you wanna go crazy maybe some vanilla ice cream on top? Mmm ๐ Definitely my favorite quick bread out there, it’s so light and delicious. Not to mention..the yummy smell of cinnamon that fills the room as it bakes is kinda nice too.
Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker cinnamon streusel muffin mix
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 F. Grease bottom only of 8×4-inch loaf pan.
In medium bowl, stir muffin mix, flour, water, oil and eggs until blended.
Spread batter in pain. Sprinkle with streusel.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
Run knife around edges of pan; carefully remove bread from pan. Cool completely.
*Makes about 16 servings.
