So, I found this recipe for chocolate covered cheesecake balls.. If you are a cheesecake lover well then you know how amazing this sounds. Am I right? Shortly after hearing about this amazing-ness I went out to get all my ingredients to make them! Here’s the delicious recipe- (pic/recipe via bakerella.com)
Ingredients:
Cheesecake
Chocolate candy melts
Sprinkles
Lollipop sticks
Wax paper
Dark chocolate {chopped}
White chocolate {chopped}
Dipping bowl
Directions:
1. Use a small ice cream scoop to make the cheesecake balls and place them on wax paper. Put them back into the fridge to harden a little bit (for about 20 minutes).
2. While you are waiting for them to harden, melt your milk chocolate and chop up your dark and white chocolate.
3. Dip your cheesecake balls into the chocolate until they are all covered and sprinkle on your toppings. Place them onto wax paper and put the sticks into them.
4. Place them in the fridge until chocolate is completely hardened.
5. Enjoy!
So it wasn’t the prettiest dessert you’ve ever seen on my part, I need a little more practice but they tasted amazing and that’s what matters most ๐
