Hi friends! Last week I shared an office tour on my stories and I’ve saved it to a highlight on my Instagram feed in case you missed it (you can find me @fancythingsblog). In addition to the tour I wanted to share some photos & inspiration for those working from home now!
Working from home isn’t new for me. Being a blogger, I spend a lot of time at home and in my home office space! So when creating this space, it was important for me to make it aesthetically pleasing and organized. I don’t know about you, but when my space is messy I don’t feel very creative! I feel most creative in a space that is clean, organized and inspires me daily.
Since I’ve had a lot of time on my hands (hello quarantine), I recently updated the gallery wall and gave the office a good spring cleaning! It felt so good to clean up a bit and to share one of my favorite spaces with you all!
I have a small clothing rack in my office for new pieces & just to display some of my favorites. I change these items out once or twice each season! I also love displaying my handbags in my office. They’re not getting much use right now, so might as well look at them while I work!
My husband recently helped me hang up a few of my hats next to the clothing rack and I absolutely love how it turned out! It was so easy – we just used long nails we had at home. Just make sure you measure before hand and leave out some of the nail for your hat to hang on. I’ve also heard thumb tacks work well for this too!
I get questions about my white and gold desk so often. I am always so sad to report that it’s no longer available. Until now!!! I am SO happy to share that I’ve recently found an identical desk at a different retailer! I’m not sure how long it will stay it stock, as it seems to be very popular.
