Hi friends! Two weekends ago I had the opportunity to go to Sarasota, FL. with a group of bloggers and experience a fun blogger weekend at the gorgeous Sarasota Modern Hotel in Downtown Sarasota. The Casablanca Fan Company and The Sarasota Modern were so sweet to host us!! They had a weekend of fun events planned for us – and we had the absolute best time.
I can’t wait to visit again soon because I fell in LOVE with this hotel. It’s seriously so cute! If you’re interested in visiting Sarasota or are looking for some interior design inspo, you’re definitely going to want to keep reading! 🙂
The suites at the Sarasota Modern hotel were to die for. I instantly fell in love with the decor! Everything is so modern, cute and “Insta-worthy”. What more do you need? Oh that’s right.. a bath tub on the balcony! Yep, definitely need that. I couldn’t figure out how to bring it home with me but I WISH I could of. Seriously such a fun decor detail!
SEE?! It doesn’t get any cuter than that. I matched the pink balcony floors – this was clearly my kind of place.

The first night of the trip we all went out to dinner at a local restaurant called Boca. It’s a popular restaurant in the area (less than 5 minutes away from the hotel) and the food was absolutely amazing! TIP: Order the fried green tomatoes for your appetizer & the blueberry cobbler for dessert (trust me.. so good!)
I wore this gorgeous blush pink dress to dinner. It’s the perfect dress for vacation and it’s under $55!

The next morning was an early one so we all grabbed some coffee and headed to the hotel lobby! It was time for the design tour. This private dining space above had the most gorgeous morning light coming in through the windows! They were actually setting up for a shower – definitely worth checking out if your’e looking for a venue for a bridal shower or baby shower!

Next we got to tour some of the different room types they offer at the hotel. This room was special though- the most gorgeous Casablanca Fan adorned the ceiling! This fan is called The Aya and it’s actually wifi enabled (meaning you can tell Google, Alexa, Apple home kit etc. to turn on/off your fan!) Definitely adding this one to my wish list.
After the design tour, we all met for brunch at the hotel restaurant, Rudolphs. The outdoor space was set up so pretty and the Casablanca fans (this is the Paume) kept us cool! We had such a delicious breakfast (the ricotta pancakes are a must!)
I loved getting to meet & spend time with so many blogger babes! Love ya, Teresa! Def follow her cute blog if you don’t already!
Another Casablanca Fan spotting poolside! This is the new Soft Sage Piston. The color was soo pretty in person and I loved the sleek modern design! It’s rust resistant and perfect for any outdoor area.
After brunch we headed out to The Ringling Museum. Definitely recommend checking out this museum if you’re visiting Sarasota! It was so cool to see! Then do yourself a favor and have lunch at Muse (located in the visitors pavilion). The food was so delicious!
A tiny (very very tiny) model of the Ringling Circus. How cool is that? There was an entire room of this. Whoever put this all together has some major talent and patience!
Blending right in, as always! I swear I only packed pink outfits for this trip (oops). But this was seriously the perfect photo spot!

The last night we had a farewell dinner at Element. Another delicious meal and lots of wine (all the courses are documented on my Instagram story highlight!) we had some sort of magical cheese fondue here and OMG – I’m still dreaming about it.
It was such a fun weekend and an overall amazing experience! I loved exploring Sarasota a bit and getting to connect with the other brands & blogger babes. Thanks to Casablanca fan Company & The Sarasota Modern for an unforgettable weekend! Thank you to all of you for following along! xo
