One thing that was on my list of things to do in North Carolina was to visit an apple orchard and to finally try an apple cider doughnut! Add apple picking to your fall bucket list too if you haven’t already! So we stopped by Grandad’s Apples in Hendersonville, NC. and it was the most picture perfect spot. It had the most perfect red barn, rows and rows of apple trees, a pumpkin patch & of course fresh apple cider doughnuts!! It was definitely one of the highlights from the trip.
I packed this outfit specifically for this day. ha. Does anyone else do that when they’re packing for a trip?! I was like this is definitely an apple picking outfit, LOL. Well it ended up being beyond freezing (holes in jeans..not a good idea) and windy so I lost my hat 345678 times 😂 but I still like to think it was perfect for the occasion! This tassel scarf is my absolute favorite so I was so happy I got to wear it so much on the trip. Have you ever been an apple orchard? It was such a fun experience.
