In my opinion, there are very few foods as comforting as a warm bowl of
chili topped with sour cream(a massive amount in this case), and shredded
cheddar cheese! This week I cooked this very simple chili recipe and it was absolutely perfect.
I also found these mini corn bread loaves at the grocery
store to have on the side!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 can diced mild tomatos
1 15 oz can chili beans
1 15 oz can black beans
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Sour cream (optional)
Cheddar cheese (optional)
{serves 2-3}
Directions:
First, Saute the ground beef on medium heat with olive oil.
Once the meat has browned almost completely, add your chili powder,
cumin and garlic powder.
Pour in both your black beans and chili beans and stir them in.
After a few minutes, pour in your can of tomato’s.
After about 5-10 minutes of cooking on medium heat, turn it to low and let the
chili simmer for a a couple minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream!
