Chocolate lava cake

One of my all time favorite desserts to order at a restaurant is the chocolate lava cake. I never thought to make my own at home and honestly had no idea how it was done. Well turns out they sell a box of it for people like me and it is VERY easy! Exciting I know! It turned out amazing too. It’s baked perfectly on the outside but still soft & warm inside, how do they do it?! And with a scoop of ice cream and powdered sugar on top It can look and certainly taste like it’s restaurant quality. Each cake is the size of a cupcake so it would be perfect for a party where each person could eat their very own molten lava cake.
{What you need- Betty Crocker Molten lava cake mix, vanilla icecream, powdered sugar}
