This morning I had something a little more exciting than a bowl of cereal. This is so easy to make, even if you don’t have much time in the morning. It’s healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
Garlic Salt
Dry Oregano
Hot sauce
Thomas Bagel thins (I use Cinnamon Raisin)
*Takes Approximately 5-10 minutes.
Directions:
Whisk two eggs in a bowl and pour it in a pan.
When the eggs are almost all cooked and scrambled put the bagel in the toaster oven.
Then you put the scrambled eggs on the toasted bagel, put on a little bit of hot sauce and sprinkle some dry oregano and garlic salt on top!
